GIMP Tutorials -- Step by Step -- Beginners Guides

GIMP can be a great tool to use for images design. This will do many of the functions you can do with other photo editors as well as a few GIMP specific features.

The best way I have learned to teach how to use this tool is to approach it with specific tasks. Each new task builds on previous skills and you soon find yourself feeling at home with your GIMP tools.

Here are a dozen or so 'task' based tutorials for you to begin using GIMP.

This Lens is an attempt to organize my pages in what is known as a Lensography that will make it easier to sort through them. I can only imagine that this Lens will grow as I add more to Squidoo.

Summary: The New Consumer Protection Act will be devastating to the Handmade Crafters industry. The REASON for the Act is notable and understandable because we have been bombarded by products that are spreading MASS TOXINS to our enviornment (basically the same Problems our own manufacturing had 50 Years ago). Our Imported historically counterpart needs to move into a safer way of creating products.

How do we REWRITE this act so that it will do what it is intended to do without devastation to the solvency of independent handmade crafters?
